Carrie earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capital Seminary and Graduate School. She believes that during childhood we learn various strategies to navigate the world which can become life-hindering in adulthood. Carrie finds it life-giving to help clients grow through uncovering the impact past defenses are having on their present. She enjoys working with adults and has experience in caring for aging parents, grief, life adjustments, identity, trauma, and suicide. Using various research-based techniques, Carrie endeavors to help others by walking alongside them in their journey to gain a thorough understanding of who they are and the person they were created to be.
